The annual memberships do not include Power of Attorney, which can be added and tailored to client needs for a white glove service experience.
*This includes most preparations in full, but there may be added charges for additional states and certain forms, primarily where non-resident or foreign income/members are involved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the membership include FBAR filing?
The Individual membership includes the FinCEN 114 (FBAR) filing as part of your annual tax preparation. If you have more than 3 foreign accounts, a small per-account charge applies (see tax prep pricing for details).
Does it cover ITIN applications or renewals?
I can assist with W-7 preparation as part of your return. Note: I am not currently a Certified Acceptance Agent, so clients must submit original documents directly to the IRS. Contact me to discuss your specific situation.
What if I have both a personal return and a business return?
The Partnership & Corporation membership covers both — your personal 1040 and your business return (1065, 1120S, or 1120) are included.
Is the Power of Attorney included?
POA is not included by default but can be added. It’s recommended for clients who want full IRS representation coverage, including audit support and notice response.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Ask about annual prepay at the time of signup — it’s available.
