A Plus Tax & Accounting LLC

Annual tax membership

Year-round tax support instead of once-a-year panic.

A Plus Tax & Accounting helps individuals, sole proprietors, SMLLC owners, partnerships, corporations, and Israeli-American taxpayers stay ahead of tax filing, FBAR deadlines, quarterly estimates, notices, and planning questions throughout the year.

Why membership works

Tax season should not be the only time you hear from your accountant.

For many taxpayers, the expensive mistakes happen before the return is prepared. A quarterly estimate is missed. A foreign account is forgotten. A notice is ignored because it looks routine. A business owner waits until March to ask whether payroll, bookkeeping, or entity activity was handled correctly. Membership creates a simple structure for staying in touch before those issues become harder to fix.

Quarterly tax estimates

Self-employed income, S corporation owner compensation, rental activity, investment gains, and other changing income can affect estimated tax payments. Membership keeps those questions on the calendar.

FBAR and foreign accounts

If you have Israeli or other foreign financial accounts, reporting deadlines should not be an afterthought. We ask about foreign accounts early and help eligible members prepare FinCEN Form 114 as part of the annual process.

IRS and state notices

Routine notices are easier to address when your tax professional already knows the return, the business, and the facts behind the numbers. Membership gives you a place to send the notice quickly.

Year-end tax planning

Planning works best before December 31. We use the year-end conference to review income, deductions, withholding, estimates, retirement contributions, entity questions, and filing readiness.

Bookkeeping coordination

Business members can use the included flexible service time for bookkeeping cleanup, account setup questions, tax law research, or resolving the finance issues that affect the tax return.

Predictable monthly cost

A flat monthly structure reduces surprise invoices for normal access during the year. When a matter falls outside the plan, you know that before extra work begins.

Membership options

Choose the level that matches your tax life.

Both tiers are designed for taxpayers who want a consistent tax advisor, not a once-a-year transaction. The right plan depends on whether you only need an individual return or you also need coordinated business return support.

Individual & SMLLC/Sole Proprietor Tax Membership

For individuals, self-employed taxpayers, sole proprietors, and single-member LLC owners who want annual preparation plus access through the year.

This membership centers on your individual Form 1040 and the related schedules that belong on it, including self-employment activity when applicable. It is useful for people who need help with changing income, estimated taxes, foreign account questions, IRS letters, and year-end planning.

  • Individual income tax preparation, federal and state
  • Unlimited access by email, text, and WhatsApp for routine tax questions
  • Year-end tax planning web conference
  • Quarterly estimated tax updates as needed
  • IRS and state notice support for routine correspondence
  • FBAR preparation for up to 3 foreign financial accounts when filing is required
  • Support in English or Hebrew for taxpayers who prefer either language
Best fit: W-2 employees with foreign accounts, self-employed consultants, freelancers, rental property owners, SMLLC owners, and taxpayers who want one person tracking the details year to year.

Partnership & Corporation Tax Membership

For business owners who need their personal return and entity return coordinated together.

This tier includes the individual membership foundation and adds business tax return preparation for partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations. It is designed for owners whose business activity affects personal taxes, payroll decisions, estimates, bookkeeping, and IRS correspondence.

  • Everything included in the individual membership tier
  • Business tax return preparation, federal and state
  • Support for Form 1065, 1120S, or 1120 when applicable
  • Online bookkeeping setup and training included as a $275 value
  • One flexible service hour per quarter for cleanup, tax research, or planning
  • Coordination between business books, owner draws, payroll, K-1s, and personal tax filing
  • Notice support for routine IRS and state business correspondence
Best fit: S corporation shareholders, partnership owners, corporations, Israeli-American entrepreneurs, and business owners who want tax preparation, planning, and bookkeeping questions in one relationship.

Israeli-American taxpayers

Cross-border details stay in the file, not in your head.

Israeli-American taxpayers often have the same frustration every year: explain the same bank accounts, foreign pensions, Israeli income documents, exchange-rate questions, business interests, or family facts to a new preparer. Membership is built to reduce that repetition. We keep the context organized so each new filing season starts from what we already know.

That ongoing familiarity matters when you have Israeli accounts, foreign entity questions, U.S. self-employment income, rental activity, or an IRS notice that may connect to a prior year. It also helps when you simply want to ask a question in the middle of the year before making a decision that will affect your U.S. tax return.

Scope

Clear expectations before the work starts.

The membership is meant to cover the normal tax preparation and routine advisory rhythm most clients need throughout the year. Some matters require separate project pricing because they involve older years, representation, complex filings, or extra filings beyond the plan.

Included in the membership rhythm

  • Annual federal and state tax preparation for the covered tier
  • Routine access by email, text, and WhatsApp
  • Quarterly estimated tax updates when needed
  • Year-end planning conference
  • Routine IRS or state notice review related to covered filings
  • FBAR for individual members up to 3 foreign accounts when required

Usually priced separately

  • Power of Attorney representation before the IRS or state tax agencies
  • Back-year tax returns or amended returns
  • Additional state filings outside the standard scope
  • ITIN and W-7 application support
  • Complex bookkeeping cleanup beyond included quarterly service time
  • Additional foreign accounts beyond the included FBAR allowance

Questions

Annual membership FAQ

What is included in the flat monthly rate?

The rate covers the annual tax return work for your membership tier, routine access by email, text, and WhatsApp, year-end planning, quarterly estimated tax updates as needed, and routine IRS or state correspondence review. Business members also receive the covered entity return and quarterly flexible service time.

Does the membership include FBAR filing?

The individual membership includes FinCEN Form 114, commonly called FBAR, as part of annual tax preparation for up to 3 foreign financial accounts when filing is required. Additional accounts can be handled for a small additional charge.

What if I have both a personal return and a business return?

The Partnership & Corporation Tax Membership is designed for that situation. It coordinates your personal Form 1040 with the business return, such as Form 1065, 1120S, or 1120, so the owner-side and entity-side tax issues are reviewed together.

Is Power of Attorney representation included?

No. Power of Attorney is not included by default because full IRS or state representation can vary widely depending on the issue. It can be added when representation is the right step.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes. Annual prepayment is available for clients who prefer to handle the membership in one payment instead of monthly billing.

Can I cancel the membership?

Yes, the membership can be canceled. If cancellation happens before the annual return is prepared, any prorated tax preparation or work already completed may need to be settled based on the scope already delivered.

What if I need services that are outside the membership?

Back-year returns, amended returns, ITIN and W-7 support, additional states, complex bookkeeping cleanup, and formal tax representation are typically separate projects. We identify that scope before beginning the additional work.

Do I need to be in Queens or New York?

No. A Plus Tax & Accounting works virtually with clients using email, secure document exchange, phone, text, WhatsApp, and Zoom. The firm is based in Flushing, Queens, New York, and serves clients who prefer remote support.

Client perspective

Why clients stay on membership.

“I’ve been on the annual membership for two years now. The year-round access is worth it by itself. When a mid-year IRS notice came in, I sent it over and got direction the same day instead of waiting until tax season.”

Annual membership client

“As an Israeli-American with accounts in both countries, I needed someone who understood the U.S. filing and FBAR side. The membership means I do not have to re-explain everything every year.”

What Our Members Say

"I've been on the annual membership for two years now. Tax season used to mean weeks of stress and last-minute scrambling. Now I just send Alad everything throughout the year, and by February it's already done. The year-round access alone is worth it — I texted him a question about a mid-year IRS notice and had an answer the same day."

— S-Corp owner, consulting firm, New York, NY

"As an Israeli-American with accounts in both countries, I needed someone who actually understands both sides. The membership means I'm not starting from scratch explaining my situation every year. Alad knows my file, catches things I'd miss, and handles the FBAR without me having to remind him. Very happy I switched."

More Questions About the Membership

What's included in the flat monthly rate?

Your membership covers your annual tax return (federal + state), year-round access via email, text, and WhatsApp, year-end tax planning, and handling of routine IRS correspondence. FBAR (FinCEN 114) is included for Individual members with up to 3 foreign accounts. Business members also receive their entity return (1065, 1120S, or 1120). There are no per-question charges or surprise invoices for covered services.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes — memberships can be cancelled at any time. There is no long-term contract. If you cancel before your annual tax return is filed, a prorated service fee applies for any work already completed. Most members find that once tax season is done, the year-round access makes the continued membership worthwhile.

What if I need services not included in my plan?

Services outside your membership tier — such as back-year returns, additional state filings, ITIN applications, or QuickBooks setup — are available at standard rates. Because we already know your financial picture, these add-ons are handled efficiently without the usual onboarding overhead. Ask about bundling at signup if you anticipate needing them.
